All participating attractions and services listed on the Barcelona Card are contractually obliged to offer the discount, or to charge no further payment to the card users.
Turisme de Barcelona shall not be liable for any deficiencies in the service or changes to prices and/or times made by the participating attractions and services.
No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost cards.
